In this theory-rich course, you will learn the Anatomy Trains in Motion concept and how to practically apply it with a selection of exercises from the Slings in Motion repertoire. To benefit your understanding of the Anatomy Trains concept and body map, get familiar with nineteen foundation exercises and fifty variations we love. We hope you and your clients will enjoy them as much as we do.

- Digital Anatomy Trains in Motion course book, written by Karin Gurtner.
- 4 hours of movement on the mat, guided by Karin.
- Quizzes that can be repeated as many times as you like and need.

- 35% of the course is dedicated to Anatomy Trains in Motion theory.
- 65% of the course is dedicated to Slings in Motion movement applications.
Are there any prerequisites?
Prospective students should have a minimum 100-hour movement or movement therapy certification and/or a strong understanding of human anatomy. Click here for more information.
How long do I have to complete the course?
You have 180 days to complete the course after registration. After that, you will no longer have access to the course materials.
How will I be assessed?
You will have quizzes throughout the course to review your understanding of the material.
What will I receive when I finish the course?
After completing all of the lectures and quizzes, you will receive a certificate of completion. You will be eligible to enrol in Slings Essentials, the next course in the Slings Myofascial Training programme.
Who is my instructor?
Karin Gurtner. Karin is the founder and principal educator of art of motion training in movement®. In 2004, her life changed when she read Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains. The book opened up a whole new world of possibilities, and after becoming an Anatomy Trains teacher, Karin developed Anatomy Trains in Motion, a joint venture between Tom Myers, James Earls and herself.

About Slings Myofascial Training
Slings Myofascial Training is a holistic movement concept that can be incorporated into all body-minded practices. Created by Karin Gurtner, the elaborate fascia-focused training system aims for structural integration, functionality and inside-out wellbeing through conscious movement.
